My mission is to guide you gently, whether you are discovering Reiki for the first time or continuing your journey into deeper levels of energetic understanding. Each course blends clear explanations, hands-on practice, and a mindful approach that respects your personal rhythm.

These are the upcoming dates for Reiki Level 1 and the Level 2 courses:
Reiki Level 1 - Shoden (初伝)
Self-Healing & Energy Awareness Unlock Your Inner Energy
Discover the foundations of Reiki and learn to connect with your own life force energy. Level 1 empowers you to practice self-healing and develop awareness of energy flow in your body. This level teaches you to connect with your own energy, reduce stress, and promote balance in body, mind, and spirit. Begin your journey to self-discovery and personal well-being. Perfect for anyone starting their healing journey.
The Reiki Level 1 course lasts approximately 16 hours, divided over two consecutive days. We will then meet again 21 days later to address any questions, gain more clarity, and work on anything that may have been more challenging. During these two days, you will learn:
The history and principles of Reiki
How energy works and how to channel it
Self-healing techniques
How to offer Reiki to family and friends
Practical exercises to build confidence and sensitivity
This level focuses strongly on self-healing and creating a solid foundation for your Reiki journey. The course includes attunements, guided practice, and a supportive, nurturing environment.
The investment for the full two-day course is £375.
To reserve your place, a £100 deposit is required. The remaining balance can either be paid in two monthly instalments before the course, or in full any time before the training day.
The location of the course will be sent privately to those who are registered for the course.

Reiki Level 2 - Okuden (奥伝)
Healing Others &
Deepening Energy Flow
Take your Reiki practice to the next level! and support the healing of others. Level 2 introduces advanced techniques, distant healing, and strengthens your connection to universal energy for more effective results. Transform your life while helping others heal.
Reiki Level 2 course designed for those who are ready to deepen their Reiki practice and step into a more advanced level of energy work, allows you to strengthen your connection to Reiki energy and expand your ability to support yourself and others. The Reiki Level 2 training lasts approximately 16 hours, divided over two consecutive days. We will then meet again 21 days later to address any questions, gain more clarity, and work on anything that may have been more challenging. During this training, you will learn:
The sacred Reiki symbols and how to use them
Distance healing techniques
How to deepen and strengthen your treatments
Emotional and mental healing practices
How to develop confidence as a Reiki practitioner
This level brings greater clarity, intuition, and energetic awareness, and is often described as a powerful transformational step.
The investment for the course is £475.
To reserve your place, a £100 deposit is required. The remaining balance can either be paid in two monthly instalments before the course, or in full any time before the training day.
The location of the course will be sent privately to those who are registered for the course.

Note: It is very important to allow the energy of the Reiki initiation, level 1, to fully integrate. For this reason, it is recommended to give yourself time for this process, and to wait at least three months before beginning Reiki Level 2.

Level 3 allows you to deepen your spiritual practice, fully integrate energy work into your life, and even guide others as a certified Reiki teacher.
